Soft Spuns is based in Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at softspuns@gmail.com or 0308-4424400.
Products
We describe and photograph our towels as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs).
- Delivery is a flat Rs 200 per order, shown at checkout.
- Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the rider the order total when your order arrives.
- If a price on the site is clearly a mistake, we’ll contact you before sending the order, and you can cancel it at no cost.
Your order
- After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming it. We then book it with our courier and email you a tracking number.
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, or if we can’t reach you on the phone number you gave. If we cancel, you won’t be charged anything.
- If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been handed to the courier, we may not be able to stop it.
- Please don’t place cash-on-delivery orders you don’t intend to accept. If a customer refuses several deliveries, we may stop offering them cash on delivery.

Returns
See Returns & Refunds. In short, we replace or refund damaged, faulty or wrong items reported within 3 days of delivery.
Our responsibility
If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
