Where we deliver
Everywhere in Pakistan. Orders are shipped from Lahore with our courier partner, PostEx.
Delivery charge
A flat Rs 200 per order, anywhere in the country. It’s shown at checkout before you place your order.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days. Big cities are usually quicker; remote areas can take a little longer.
Tracking
Once your order is booked with PostEx, we email you the tracking number. You can also see it on your order in My Account.
Cash on delivery
You pay the rider when your order arrives: the order total including the Rs 200 delivery charge. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.
Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout. The rider will call it before delivering, and we can’t send an order without one.
If you’re not home
PostEx will contact you on the number you gave at checkout to arrange delivery. If you won’t be available for a while, let us know at softspuns@gmail.com or 0308-4424400.
